  ホイアン5大名物、カオラウ。

  ベトナム風まぜそばみたいな感じ。

  日本の伊勢うどんがルーツって説があるみたい。味は伊勢うどんとは全然違うけどね。

  これはベトナムでもホイアンくらいでしか食べないみたい。

  まいうー。日本でも食べられたら良いのに。

  This Cao Lau is one of the 5 famous Hoi An specialities menu.It is mainly pork, fried rice paper, bean sprouts, herbs. Because the noodle sauce is a little(but dencity), eat it tied well with noodles.
