ひつまぶし(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ ”Hitsumabushi” is famous dish in Nagoya area. It is close to “Teriyaki” taste.It is chopped “Kabayaki” eel on rice served in a lacquer ware container called “Hitsu”. You can enjoy this dish in three unique ways. 1. Eat just as it is. 2. Have the eel with green onion and “Wasabi”. 3.
